This overlay was made by me. This overlay has been worn several times for practice and ministry. This overlay has a lot of life and wear left in it. The overlay is made from a lightweight black knit fabric (polyester).  The bodice is NOT double lined and the skirt is a single layer hanky hem. This is perfect for preps or dance conferences.
